How to create a web site based linux

Nice to see you again, today i'll talk about programming websites in the Linux operating system:
I have programed on linux based in:
- Eclipe, tool to program, on php language, html and css
- Mysql workbench to designer database
- Mysql administrator to run and manipulate the data in the database
- Mysqlbrowser, to run queries directly on the database mysql
- Webmin, to administrar all the website
I have talk about all this tool, if you want know more follow this links. But, the first that you need to run this software is, Fedora, then you must install it.
